🔍 Job Summary:

We’re actively seeking a highly skilled Business Data Analyst to join our fast-paced, collaborative team. This role is ideal for professionals who love translating raw data into meaningful insights that support strategic business decisions.

🧠 Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting requirements, and data strategies
• Design, develop, and deliver dashboards and reports
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across systems
• Provide support for data governance and compliance initiatives

✅ Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts
• Ability to work in hybrid teams and manage on-site collaboration

🔧 Nice to Have:

• Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis
• Knowledge of data governance, ETL processes, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience in finance, insurance, or banking industries
