🔍 About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Generative AI (GenAI) Developer to join our advanced technology team based in Reston, Virginia. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI/ML models, build innovative GenAI applications, and solve real-world business challenges using LLMs, NLP, and AWS-based ML solutions.

✅ Key Requirements:

• ✔️ 8+ years of total experience in software engineering and application development
• ✔️ Proven experience in AI/ML development, particularly with Generative AI models
• ✔️ Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
• ✔️ Solid experience working in AWS ecosystem (SageMaker, Lambda, Bedrock, etc.)
• ✔️ Experience building and integrating LLMs (GPT, Claude, PaLM, etc.)
• ✔️ Strong understanding of NLP, prompt engineering, embedding models, and vector databases

💡 Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with LangChain, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
• Experience deploying ML models into production
• Knowledge of MLOps best practices and frameworks
• Exposure to tools like Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS
