🧠 Role Overview:
As a Senior Data Engineer, you’ll be responsible for architecting and implementing a scalable, high-performance Data Lakehouse to support advanced analytics and business intelligence in the energy domain. You’ll be working with modern tools and frameworks, leading data ingestion, transformation, and modeling efforts across the pipeline.
✅ Must-Have Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in Software/Data Engineering
- 5+ years hands-on development using Python for data pipelines and transformations
- Proficiency with DBT (Data Build Tool)
- Strong knowledge of Data Lakehouse architecture using Apache Iceberg or Delta Lake
- Experience working with AWS S3 for large-scale data storage and integration
- Solid grasp of data modeling, schema evolution, and partitioning strategies
⭐ Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience with Dremio or Apache Arrow
- Building dashboards and analytics with Dash/Plotly
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, EKS, or other container orchestration tools
- Experience in the energy or midstream domain is a strong plus
