Senior Java Developer – Banking Domain & Capital Markets (Hybrid | Jersey City, NJ)

Are you a seasoned Java Developer with deep expertise in Banking, Capital Markets, and Investment Management? We’re actively hiring for a long-term hybrid role in Jersey City, NJ for candidates who bring 10+ years of development experience and a strong banking project background.

📍 Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite/week)
🕒 Duration: 12+ months (Possible extension)
💲 Rate: $60/hr
🛂 Visa: USC, GC, H4-EAD
Only local or nearby candidates with banking & capital markets expertise will be considered.

🔧 Key Skills Required:

• ✅ Java Development (15+ years of experience)
• ✅ Banking Domain expertise – Recent and prior projects must be banking-related
• ✅ Capital Markets – Strong understanding of trading, securities, or investment workflows
• ✅ Investment Management – Familiarity with portfolio and asset management systems
• ✅ JMS (Java Messaging Service) – Integration and messaging experience
• ✅ Strong design patterns, object-oriented programming, and enterprise architecture

🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience delivering enterprise Java applications in banking environments
• Deep domain knowledge in Capital Markets & Investment Banking systems
• Familiar with trade lifecycle, risk, and compliance applications
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Local to Jersey City or nearby (NY/NJ/CT)

❌ Deal Breakers:

• No recent banking domain experience
• Non-local or fully remote-only candidates
• Less than 10 years of Java development experience
