🔍 Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Java Engineer with strong backend development expertise and a passion for building scalable, high-performance systems. The role requires candidates to be onsite from Day 1 in O’Fallon, MO, with an initial HackerRank assessment as part of the screening process.

✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based enterprise applications.
- Work on high-volume, low-latency platforms using microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Contribute to architecture discussions and participate in performance tuning and code optimization.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Product teams to ensure timely and high-quality software delivery.
- Follow Agile practices including code reviews, sprint planning, and daily standups.
🛠️ Required Skills:
- 9+ years of Java/J2EE development experience.
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with HackerRank or coding assessments preferred.
- Experience with multithreading, concurrency, and low-latency systems.
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile development.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
