We are seeking an experienced Java Engineer to join our team for an onsite role in Salt Lake City, UT or Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Java development with strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful APIs.
🔧 Key Skills Required:
- ✅ Core Java / Java 8
- ✅ Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC)
- ✅ Microservices Architecture
- ✅ REST API / Web Services
- ✅ SQL & NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL)
- ✅ Agile/Scrum Development Experience
🛠️ Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable and robust Java-based microservices
- Develop REST APIs and integrate with frontend and other backend services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end development
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and deployment
- Debug and optimize existing applications for better performance
💼 Nice to Have:
- Docker / Kubernetes experience
- Experience working with message brokers like Kafka/RabbitMQ
- CI/CD knowledge – Jenkins, GitHub Actions
- Cloud knowledge – AWS/Azure/GCP
