🔧 Key Responsibilities:
✅ CI/CD Pipeline Development & Management
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Automate builds, tests, and deployments across multiple environments
- Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams
- Promote DevOps and Agile best practices across teams
✅ Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Use Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation or similar tools to manage infrastructure
- Design and support hybrid cloud/edge environments typical in energy and utility operations
- Ensure infrastructure compliance, scalability, and repeatability
✅ Agile Project & Process Management
- Manage Agile boards using Azure DevOps (Epics, Features, Stories, Tasks)
- Partner with Product Owners and Scrum Masters for sprint planning
- Customize workflows and templates
- Monitor delivery with dashboards and performance reports
✅ DevSecOps & Compliance
- Integrate security best practices directly into the DevOps lifecycle
- Ensure data privacy, system integrity, and audit compliance in energy-sector workflows
🧠 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 12+ years of hands-on DevOps engineering experience
- 5+ years with Azure DevOps and IaC tools like Terraform/Ansible
- Deep understanding of CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and Agile methodologies
- Energy or utility industry experience is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and mentoring capabilities
