About the Role:
The .NET Developer will work within an Agile environment, focusing on developing and supporting internal applications. Key responsibilities include working independently and collaboratively to improve quality and speed of deliverables, guiding colleagues, and providing technical support to ensure high-quality, maintainable software.

Qualifications:
- Essential Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in web application development with .NET.
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core 6.x+, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, MVC, and jQuery.
- Familiarity with cross-browser development, OWASP, unit testing, and version control tools like GitHub or Jenkins.
- Knowledge of object-oriented design patterns.
- Bonus Skills:
- Experience with secure programming and defensive coding.
- Familiarity with SDLC tools, Azure DevOps, Maven, Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, T-SQL, and responsive web design.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks (Angular JS, React) and CSS preprocessors.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $87,000 – $124,000 (specific to Maryland).
