Job Summary
The .NET Developer will design, develop, and support the software development lifecycle for child support systems. This position requires hands-on experience with .NET and related technologies to deliver high-quality enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and high-quality enterprise application delivery.
- Plan and estimate development work for assigned tasks.
- Transform requirements into maintainable enterprise-level solutions.
- Perform detailed application design and document system changes.
- Lead team members to deliver systems on schedule.
- Coordinate and resolve production issues effectively.
- Conduct unit and integration testing on written code.
- Participate in JAD sessions to understand and design solutions.
- Analyze system problems and provide impact analysis for upgrades/enhancements.
- Support system and acceptance testers by troubleshooting issues.
- Report issues and status updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards and SDLC processes.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years hands-on .NET experience.
- Foundational knowledge of jQuery, JSON, AJAX, and MVC 4.0 Framework.
- SQL Server 2008/2012: Design, development of Stored Procedures, Triggers, User Defined Functions.
- Proficient in ASP.NET, ADO.NET, C#, Visual Studio 2010/2013.
- Experience with HTML5, XML, XSLT, CSS, WEB API, and Web Services.
- Object-Oriented Methodologies, Design, and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
- .NET 8, CQRS, EF Core, Dapper, Microservices, Event-driven architecture.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Agile experience or training.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.
- In-depth knowledge of SDLC processes.
- Expertise in configuration management tools, environment setup, and migration activities.
- Ability to work effectively with production support teams.
