🎓 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of IT experience in data engineering or related roles
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with data/application security principles
- Exposure to:
- Big Data technologies
- Metadata management
- ETL tools
- BI/Reporting tools
- Hands-on experience with:
- Java
- Version control systems (Git, etc.)
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- API development
- Experience working with offshore teams preferred
- Background in the financial industry is a plus
