Job Responsibilities:
- Perform data import, export, and manipulation to support operational decision-making.
- Develop user specifications for data export, data integrity, and reporting needs.
- Plan and prioritize work to meet organizational commitments.
- Communicate effectively, tailoring messages to different audiences.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2-7 years of relevant experience (Healthcare experience preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and articulate solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS).
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools (Power BI, EPIC, SAP, Strata).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and build relationships across all staff levels.
