Job Summary
As a Marketing and Inside Sales Data Analyst, you will report to the VS&A Marketing and Inside Sales Operations/Strategy Manager, supporting data analysis and reporting needs. This role also involves assisting the digital/growth marketing team with campaign optimization and strategic insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform ad hoc analysis and data modeling to support strategic initiatives.
- Assist in integrating new acquisitions as needed.
- Support Finance in analyzing operational results and business performance.
- Evaluate promotional results and develop strategies for optimization.
- Analyze complex business problems using internal and external data and present strategies to decision-makers.
- Develop datasets and reports to drive campaign and process optimization.
- Use customer data to create targeted call lists for the Sales Development team.
- Collaborate on process improvement, data analysis, tool management, and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience:
- Supporting sales and/or marketing.
- Financial analysis and modeling expertise.
- 2+ years of Salesforce experience.
- 2+ years of experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Google Looker Studio, Salesforce Dashboards).
- 2+ years of SQL experience.
- Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: $75,000–$80,000 per year.
