🔍 Job Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced .NET Developer with strong hands-on experience in integrating with PeopleSoft or Workday systems. This is a long-term remote opportunity for professionals who excel at delivering high-quality solutions in distributed environments.
✅ Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core)
- Strong understanding of PeopleSoft or Workday integration mechanisms (APIs, Web Services, etc.)
- Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON formats
- Solid understanding of SQL Server, stored procedures, and performance optimization
- Familiarity with enterprise HR systems and middleware integration
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
💡 Nice to Have:
- Prior experience with Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, or Data Factory
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
- Background in HRMS/Payroll systems is a plus
