🧠 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Core Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
- Hands-on experience with Node.js and JavaScript
- Strong background in microservices architecture and API development
✅ Cloud & DevOps:
- Familiarity with GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production
- Comfortable with CI/CD pipelines and OAuth/JWT authentication flows
✅ Bonus Points:
- Experience with Golang is a plus
- Strong debugging, leadership, and communication skills
