Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities | Description |

SCRUM Ceremonies | Participates actively in Standups, Refinements, and Requirements discussions. |
Coding Solutions | Translates written or verbal requirements into extensible and well-organized coded solutions by leveraging design patterns, following OOP best practices, and adhering to documented standards. |
Quality Assurance | Actively participates in writing coded tests, testing coded solutions in preparation for a release, and conducting peer code reviews. |
Collaboration | Works closely with QA Engineers, Developers, Users, Stakeholders, Product Owners, SCRUM Masters, and Architects. |
Team Support | Collaborates with and supports other team members. |

Compensation and Benefits
- Base Pay Range: $117,000.00 – $155,000.00
