Salary & Benefits
Salary range for McLean, VA: $230,400–$263,000 per year (Director, Product Management). Salary ranges for the other listed locations: Cambridge, MA: $230,400–$263,000 per year; Richmond, VA: $209,500–$239,100 per year. The role is also eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses.
