Requirements
Basic qualifications: 1+ years of employee and performance management experience, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent — or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience. Preferred qualifications: 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques experience, and the ability to push and pull dollies weighing up to 100 pounds.

Pay: The base salary for this position ranges from $65,200 to $75,000 per year.
