Job Description:
- Ensure build, testing, continuous integration, and deployment environments are highly available.
- Identify manual tasks for automation and work to automate them.
- Collaborate with team members to obtain requirements and ensure timely execution.
- Maintain DevOps infrastructure, applying necessary software updates.
- Manage ad-hoc requests and prioritize workload through JIRA ticketing system.
- Proactively communicate project and task status to project stakeholders.
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Basic understanding of scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
- A proactive approach to improving infrastructure processes.
- Experience with automation/configuration management using tools like Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or Terraform is a plus.
- Ability to code in Bash, Python, C#, or Java is a plus.
