This is a physically active, fast-paced role outdoors in all weather. Seasonal full-time drivers typically work 8–10 hours per day, and schedules vary (Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday) and may vary day to day. Continued employment is not guaranteed beyond the seasonal period, though many seasonal hires later pursue other UPS opportunities.

Requirements
- Lift, lower, and carry packages up to 70 lbs
- Valid driver’s license (no CDL required) in state of residence, proof required
- Pass a DOT physical
- Pass the UPS driver test
- Excellent customer service and driving skills
- Comply with UPS Appearance Guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform
- Sturdy work boots or slip-resistant shoes
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
